Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability You understand and agree that theseedsdepot service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. Theseedsdepot hereby makes no representations and disclaim any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Neither theseedsdepot nor any owner of content warrants that theseedsdepot service is free of malware or other harmful components. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold theseedsdepot harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of the Agreements or any one of them; (ii) any User Content you post or otherwise contribute; (iii) any activity in which you engage on or through the theseedsdepot Service; and (iv) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Choice of Law

The Agreements (and any non-contractual disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts without regard to the principle of conflict of laws.

We are free to revise these Terms or any other part of this Agreement at any time by updating this page.
